Roasted Radishes
1-2 bunches of radishes, quartered
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
1-2 teaspoons of Rosemary & Oregano, fresh or dried
2 cloved of garlic minced
Salt & Pepper
Heat oven to 375° F. Mix the quartered radishes, olive oil, salt & pepper in a bowl. Spread onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle rosemary, oregano & minced garlic on top and stir. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until toasty brown on the outside.
