Meat CSA

Our meat CSA includes Beef, Pork & Chicken that you pick-up at one of our locations on a monthly basis. Each month you will get a selection of different cuts of meat that we raise on our small family farm. In the warmer months shares will include cuts for grilling & quick cooking and in the cooler months you will receive more cuts meant for stewing, roasting & braising.

Winter Meat Shares

2025-26 Winter Meat Share Pick-Up at our Farm Stand

  • The Winter Meat Share is picked up Monthly from November through April at our farm stand. 
  • Pick-up is self serve and starts on Tuesday and ends on Sunday during regular stand hours 8am to 8pm

10 pound share pick up starts the 2nd Tuesday of the month (pick-up weeks are 11/11, 12/9, 1/13, 2/10, 3/10, & 4/14)

15 & 20 pound share pick-up starts the 3rd Tuesday of the month (pick-up weeks are 11/18, 12/16, 1/20, 2/17, 3/17, & 4/21)

Unfortunately due to freezer space and the way our winter farmers markets are spread out we won’t have the space to do a market pick-up this winter.
