All the vegetables are off to a great start this spring despite the chilly wet weather we have been having.
The peas have tripled in size
Shallots, onions and garlic are vigorously growing.
Cabbage, artichokes, broccoli, kale, fava beans and lettuce are adapting to their new home in our fields.
We have already seeded spinach,
pac choi, beets, baby romaine, arugula, broccoli raab, turnips, radish, kohlrabi, mizuna and carrots. Our potato, ginger and turmeric seed are busy pre sprouting and will be planted within the next week.
There are tomatoes and cucumbers hunkered down in mini tunnels waiting to be uncovered and soak in warmer spring weather.
