This week there will be Shallot Scapes, Garlic Scapes, Snap or Snow Peas, Kale or Swiss Chard, Lettuce Mix, Parsley & Radishes!
1 bunch of Radishes, sliced thinly
2 Garlic Scapes, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Shallot Scape, sliced thinly
1 tsp olive oil
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add enough oil. Add Radishes and cook til tender about 3-5 minutes. Add Garlic Scapes & Shallot Scape cook for 1 minute. Good to add in an omelet or serve on it’s own.
